EvolveBioPepTech (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) provides product data, inventory information, documentation, and integration tools to approved partners operating storefronts connected to the Platform.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that all data will be error-free, complete, or continuously synchronized at all times.

By accessing or using the Platform, partners acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding data accuracy.

1. Data Provided “As Available”

All product descriptions, specifications, inventory levels, images, identifiers, and related information (“Data”) are provided on an “as available” basis.

Data may change without notice due to, including but not limited to:

• System updates or maintenance

• Inventory adjustments

• Product modifications or corrections

• Feed improvements or restructuring

• Network, caching, or synchronization delays

The Platform makes reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but does not guarantee real-time precision at all times.

2. No Warranties or Guarantees

The Platform makes no warranties or guarantees that Data will be:

• Error-free

• Complete

• Current at all times

• Perfectly synchronized across partner platforms

• Suitable for any specific business, pricing, or operational purpose

Partners are responsible for determining whether the Data meets their needs prior to publication or reliance.

3. Inventory Accuracy & Synchronization Timing

Inventory feeds are updated regularly but may experience:

• Temporary delays due to caching or propagation

• Platform-specific update timing differences

• Brief desynchronization during high-volume periods

• Conflicting quantities during concurrent order activity

Partners should not rely exclusively on automated feeds for time-critical inventory decisions and should maintain appropriate operational safeguards.

4. Partner Responsibilities

Authorized partners agree to:

• Use Data solely within their approved storefront

• Review and verify product information prior to publication

• Monitor storefronts for inaccuracies, mismatches, or outdated content

• Reconcile pricing, orders, and inventory independently

• Ensure any permitted modifications remain compliant with all platform policies

Any custom edits, overrides, or presentation changes made by a partner are the sole responsibility of that partner.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvolveBioPepTech is not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in partner storefront listings

• Out-of-date or delayed inventory information

• Lost revenue or profits caused by data discrepancies

• Customer disputes resulting from inaccurate listings

• Integration interruptions or feed availability issues

• Losses related to incompatible partner systems or custom modifications

The partner’s sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

6. Corrections, Updates & Maintenance

The Platform may correct, update, or revise Data at any time.

Partners are responsible for:

• Refreshing imported feeds

• Updating storefront content promptly

• Addressing discrepancies in a timely manner

While major updates may be communicated when practical, the Platform is not obligated to provide advance notice of changes.

7. Relationship to Other Policies

This Data Accuracy Statement supplements, and does not replace, the following documents:

• Terms of Use

• Partner Agreement

• Compliance Requirements

• Research-Only Product Notice

In the event of a conflict, the Partner Agreement governs.
