HOW INTEGRATION WORKS

A Managed Integration, Not a DIY Plugin

How Integration Works: The EMS Fulfillment Pipeline

Managed Connectivity for Professional Partners

EvolveBioPepTech is a sophisticated distribution ecosystem designed to keep product data accurate, inventory synchronized, and order fulfillment consistent across the entire network. Unlike “DIY” plugins, this system is a dedicated backend pipeline that connects your sales front-end to a high-volume fulfillment engine.

Step 1: Partner Approval & Infrastructure Selection

Before any data flows, partners are vetted to protect the network from compliance issues and inventory disruption. Once approved, you choose your integration path:

  • The Managed Path: EMS builds, hosts, and secures your site.

  • The Self-Managed Path: You receive the EMS Partner Connect plugin and documentation to deploy on your own infrastructure.

What is issued at this stage:

  • Secure API Token: A unique x-evolve-token for your account.

  • Partner Configuration: Defined shipping rules and allowed catalog access.

Step 2: Storefront Deployment

Option A: Managed Environment (Recommended)

EMS Backend Services LLC handles the technical heavy lifting:

  • Enterprise Hosting: Optimized for high-frequency API pings.

  • Security & Updates: Proactive hardening and “hands-free” maintenance.

  • Pricing: $495 Setup | $249/mo Maintenance.

Option B: Self-Managed Deployment

For partners with in-house developers:

  • Plugin Delivery: You receive the EMS Partner Connect core files.

  • Independent Setup: You manage your own hosting, SSL, and WordPress environment.

  • Pricing: $1,195 One-Time License | $495/yr Renewal. (Evolve Partners receive $100 annual renewals)

Step 3: Product Catalog & SKU Authority

Once your environment is live, we connect your site to the EvolveBioPepTech feed.

  • The Single Source of Truth: Your site pulls approved SKUs, descriptions, and attributes directly from the supplier.

  • Partner Control: You set your own retail pricing and customize your layout and merchandising.

  • Strict Rule: Partners may not add third-party products or alter supplier SKUs. If the SKU is wrong, fulfillment breaks.

Step 4: Real-Time Inventory Synchronization

To prevent the “Oversell Nightmare,” your storefront queries the supplier inventory endpoint at set intervals.

  • Automation: Stock levels update in WooCommerce without manual intervention.

  • Reliability: If the supplier runs low, your site reflects it instantly, protecting your customer reputation.

Step 5: Shipping Methodology

Shipping logic is controlled by the supplier to ensure consistent fulfillment costs.

  • Flat-Rate: A predictable fixed cost per order.

  • Variable (Cart-Based): Shipping scales based on subtotal thresholds.

  • Constraint: Partners do not define shipping rules; this ensures the checkout experience matches the actual cost of logistics.

Step 6: Customer Checkout & Order Submission

You run the storefront; the customer buys from you.

  1. Payment Capture: The customer pays your merchant processor.

  2. API Submission: Upon successful payment, your site transmits the order (SKU, Qty, Shipping Address) to the Order Intake Endpoint.

  3. Validation: The Hub validates your token and SKU availability.

  4. Fulfillment: Once accepted, the supplier begins the pick/pack/ship process.

Step 7: Partner Wallet & Ledger

For programs utilizing the pre-paid model, the system maintains a professional financial ledger:

  • Account Balance: Real-time visibility into your available “Retainer” funds.

  • Automated Debits: Your wallet is debited only when an order is accepted for fulfillment.

  • Top-Up History: A transparent, auditable trail of all credits and charges.

Step 8: Ongoing Support & Monitoring

Because EMS powers the infrastructure, you aren’t left hunting for answers when WordPress or the API updates.

  • Managed Partners: Receive 24/7 monitoring and unlimited technical support.

  • Self-Managed Partners: Receive core software updates and standard technical documentation.

Summary: The End-to-End Flow

  1. Vetting: Partner is approved by EvolveBioPep.
  2. Provisioning: EMS sets up the site (Managed) or issues the software (Self-Managed).
  3. Syncing: Catalog and Inventory go live.
  4. Sales: Customer checks out on the Partner site.
  5. Logistics: Paid order is pushed to the Supplier via API.
  6. Success: Supplier ships; EMS maintains the connection.
